Such an easy, affordable fix and I wish I knew earlier how to fix it. Hope this helps at least one person out there struggling with their XPS 9360. My only regret is if I'd known this fix was so easy, I wouldn't have factory reset my laptop (thinking it would fix the problem.). Also, you need to download the driver from Intel (either on another device and use a USB stick, or try to download beforehand).Īfter watching a how-to video on Youtube, the repair was super easy and now I'm getting blazing fast wifi (easily 150+ mbps, which is in line with what my other devices get). Also had to buy a special torx screw driver (the screws are tiny, but I found it on Amazon easily). I bought an Intel 9260NGW wifi card from Newegg to replace it. Supposedly the Killer wifi card that shipped with the 9360 isn't great, even after updating all the drivers. Once the computer sleeps, and comes back, it took 5 minutes to re-connect to internetĪccording to a dell forum post, it's an issue with the wifi card.

I bought an XPS 9360 and couldn't figure out why the wifi was having so many problems. I wanted to share this in case anyone else was having similar issues.
